E. Max Baker Ph.D., M.Aust.IMM – President
Dr. Baker is an exploration geologist with over 30 years international exploration experience in the Americas, Asia, Australia, and Europe. Most recently, Dr. Baker served as Director of Exploration for Oriel Resources plc, a London – based junior mining company with nickel and chromite projects in Kazakhstan and gold projects in the Russian Federation and Kyrgyzstan. He was previously Chief Geologist for Newcrest Mining Ltd., Chief Geologist (South America) for MIM Holdings Ltd., and Principal Geologist (Asia) for Renison Goldfield Corporation. Dr. Baker has also held senior technical and managerial positions with several junior mining companies, and his exploration experience ranges from grass roots level target generation and area selection through to the design and management of resource definition drilling programmes. He completed his B.Sc. (Honours) and Ph.D. at James Cook University of North Queensland.
Paul Robertson - CFO
Mr. Robertson is a Chartered Accountant with extensive experience in the mining sector, including assisting junior resource companies with their financial reporting and regulatory requirements. He has over 12 years of accounting, auditing, and tax experience with Ernst & Young LLP, and Deloitte & Touche LLP, as well as industry experience as a senior accountant for a large private company.
John Glanville – Corporate Development
Mr. Glanville has over 25 years of experience in various facets of the securities industry including assisting junior mining companies in corporate communications and development. He holds both B.A. and B.Ed. degrees.
Albert A. (‘Ab’) Ablett – Mineral Titles
Mr. Ablett is a past Director and President of Christopher James Gold Corp., has over 40 years experience in the mineral exploration industry and is a 40 year member of the Association for Mineral Exploration British Columbia (formerly the B.C. and Yukon Chamber of Mines). He is the President of Amex Exploration Ltd. and oversees the provision of a broad range of property acquisition, maintenance, and filing services to companies of various sizes and stages of development. Mr. Ablett provides the Company an in depth “on the ground” knowledge of its B.C. exploration properties and extensive alliances within the mineral exploration industry. |
